Terms and Conditions
By registering at Kingdom Casino you enter a binding agreement with the operator on the conditions below. Please read them before depositing, as they govern your account, your funds and any dispute that may arise.
The agreement and the operator
Kingdom Casino is operated by Dama N.V., a company registered under number 152125 and holding gaming licence 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V. in Curacao. That licence is the sole authorisation under which this site is offered.
No New Zealand gaming authority licences or supervises this site, because New Zealand does not operate a domestic licensing regime for offshore online casinos of this kind. Players in New Zealand access the service on their own initiative and remain responsible for their local position.
We may amend these conditions to reflect changes in law, licensing requirements or product. Material amendments are notified by email or by an on-site notice at least fourteen days before they bite, and continued use after that period signals acceptance.
Opening and holding an account
One account per person, per household, per shared IP address and per device. Duplicate accounts are closed, and where a duplicate has drawn a bonus, the associated winnings may be forfeited.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. Registration details must be accurate and kept current; a payout can be refused if the name on the account does not match the name on the payment instrument or the identity documents supplied.
Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be repeated when deposit volume, payment method or risk indicators change. Accounts left dormant for twelve consecutive months attract an administrative charge against any remaining balance, applied monthly until the balance reaches zero or you log back in.
Login credentials are yours alone. Activity carried out through your credentials is treated as yours unless you have reported a compromise to support before the activity occurred.
Deposits, withdrawals and currency
Funds must originate from an account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned, and repeated attempts are treated as a breach.
Withdrawals are normally paid back to the method last used for a deposit, up to the amount deposited, with any surplus routed to an alternative verified method. Processing begins after verification and any pending review is complete; payment providers set their own settlement times, which sit outside our control.
Any deposit must be turned over at least once in real play before a withdrawal is requested. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to use the platform for purposes other than gaming, and will be reported where our anti-money-laundering duties require it.
Currency conversion is applied at the rate our payment partner publishes at the moment of the transaction. Fees charged by your own bank or wallet remain your responsibility.
Bonuses, wagering and fair play
Every promotion carries its own conditions covering wagering multiple, eligible titles, maximum stake while a bonus is active, expiry window and maximum convertible amount. Those specific conditions sit alongside this document and prevail over it where they conflict.
Placing stakes above the stated bonus limit, or clearing wagering on low-volatility titles or hedged bets, breaches the spirit of the offer. Where we find such a pattern, the bonus and anything won from it may be voided while your own deposit stays untouched.
Results are produced by random number generators supplied by our game partners and tested by independent laboratories. A malfunction voids all plays and pays on the affected round, and we reserve the right to reverse credits arising from a demonstrable technical fault.
Collusion, use of automated software, exploiting a bug rather than reporting it, or opening accounts on behalf of others will lead to closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from that conduct.
Liability, complaints and governing law
The service is supplied as it stands. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by maintenance, connectivity or third-party outages, or for a player's failure to comply with the law that applies where they are located.
Complaints should first go to our support team, who acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to give a substantive answer within ten working days. Where the outcome is disputed, the matter can be escalated to the licensing authority named on this page or to the alternative dispute resolution provider identified in the site footer.
This agreement is governed by the law of Curacao, and our records of transactions and gameplay are the decisive evidence in any dispute unless you can demonstrate they are wrong. Nothing here removes a consumer protection that applicable law grants you and does not permit you to waive.
